We want your Zeitholz pieces to arrive in perfect condition and to be enjoyed for years. Both Stolpen watches come with a 2-year warranty from the purchase date. If a watch shows defects under normal use, our warranty team will repair or replace it free of charge at our discretion.
Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, impacts, scratches, perfume spills or normal wear and tear is not covered. Sunglasses are covered against manufacturing defects on arrival. Our support team is always happy to help with any questions.
